That is why we wanted to make them really perfect, with a shape that remains elastic and firm, without crushing in cooking, helping the porous surface to retain the sauce.
Our pacchero therefore becomes a tasty casket, a sort of small package that we receive as a gift and in which we can not wait to peek to find out what it contains.
