Here on the Sibillini mountains, they are often accompanied by the scent of the woods. Dishes like this, even when we are far away, immediately remind us of our land, our mountains.
The whole wheat version, however, we wanted to abandon the classic streak to propose it smoothly: a simple tribute to our wheat and to the extraordinary rough porosity that the bran gives us.
