As with all Regina dei Sibillini pasta the whole wheat line is produced exclusively with wheat grown on our land in the Sibillini mountains. The great attention to the environment and health that accompanies each our gestures, finds confirmation in the laboratory analysis that we carry out on the entire production, to guarantee the total absence of chemical products and the safety of the raw material.
Compared with the other lines of products of Regina dei Sibillini, in the whole wheat pasta changes the milling process, that preserves all the parts of the grain while maintaining the nutritional properties unaltered, vitamins, fibers and mineral salts, so precious for our body.
Pure water, bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures complete the route for a pasta with an ever more intensive and unique taste, but with the same extraordinary digestibility that characterizes our mountain pasta.
